I am speechless about the customer service I received. at first I received my goods of more than $1000. most of the charms were great however some were way to big. I ask to send them back and exchange them for smaller ones. I was told no. when I complain and told her I was not happy with that answer and I would be writing a one star review because of the lack of understanding and appreciation to their customers, I was just told” I’m a very bad person” they charged me twice for shipping and will not refund me. very disappointed. Do not order from this company!!
